Refund policy

Please note that we are currently not accepting any return or refund requests until our next announcement. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At VR Luxuries, we take great care in crafting and delivering safe, effective, and high-quality skincare products. Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our offerings, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we do offer replacements or refunds under specific, valid circumstances as outlined below.

1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, in order to maintain hygiene and safety standards. This is a universal policy that applies to all our products, whether opened or unopened.

Please ensure you review product details, ingredients, and usage instructions before placing your order. For additional guidance, you’re welcome to contact our customer support team prior to purchase.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We will offer a free replacement or a full/partial refund if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is expired upon delivery
  • The order is undelivered or lost in transit

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests after this window will not be accepted.

3. How to Raise a Request

Please email us at vrluxuries1356@gmail.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear images or unboxing video showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Our support team will review and respond within 2–4 business days.

If approved:

  • We will send a free replacement for eligible issues
  • Or issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may require your bank details for manual refund processing.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Product is damaged or incorrect
  • Product is out of stock after order placement
  • Order was cancelled before shipping
  • Courier partner confirms non-delivery and return of package

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike of fragrance/texture
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delayed delivery due to external courier issues
  • Opened, tampered, or used products

5. Important Notes

  • All replacement and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • VR Luxuries reserves the right to reject claims without sufficient evidence.
  • No refunds will be made without photographic/video proof.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery.
