Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your skincare essentials reliably and efficiently. Here’s how our shipping process works.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after 5 PM or on holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking details once dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹1299
  • Free Shipping: On all orders ₹1299 and above (India only)

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Rural/Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Please note: Delays due to weather, lockdowns, or courier issues may occur.

4. Shipment Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from the “Track Order” page on our website.

5. Delivery Failures

Please ensure accurate delivery address and contact number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Order Delays

Delays can happen during festive periods or due to external circumstances. We will keep you informed wherever possible.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package is damaged or items are missing, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at vrluxuries1356@gmail.com with order number and photos.
